| Per the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, we cannot release a transcript without the student's consent and signature. Moreover, because a signature is required, we cannot accept e-mail requests for transcripts. Once you graduate or are no longer enrolled at Colgate, all transcripts released are official. | |
There is no fee for this service. When making your request, please allow 3-5 business days for processing of the transcript, plus mailing time. During peak periods (beginning of semester, registration, end of semester, graduation), you must allow extra time. Also, although we do accept faxed requests, we do not fax transcripts to students or third parties. |

Rush Transcript Service is available for a $20 fee (domestic mail). Rush transcripts will be processed the day the request and payment are received, and mailed via USPS Express Mail no later than the following business day. Please call the Registrar's Office (315-228-7408) with credit card information. If you need a transcript sent via international express, please contact the Registrar's Office for service fee information. |
