New York City Hotel Accommodations

Colgate University has renewed discounted rate agreements with the Helmsley Middletowne Hotel for rates as low as $195 per night. Program is open to all university faculty and staff for both personal and business travel. Identification will be required upon check-in.

Rates:
The following contracted non-commissionable rates are guaranteed by the Helmsley Middletowne Hotel. Rate is exclusively for Colgate University for single or double occupancy only.

When making reservation, please make sure to mention Colgate University. Upon arrival, individual guest must pay his/her own bill unless otherwise specified. All reservations at these preferred rates requires a credit card to guarantee and remit a full payment of charges before departure. Guests not traveling with credit cards will be required to provide cash deposit.

Check-In Check-Out:

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made before 4:00 pm, eastern time, the day before arrival date or a cancellation fee of one (1) day of room & taxes will apply

No Show Penalty:

Guest failed to call to cancel on time or did not show up on arrival date, a penalty of one room night and taxes will be charged without notice

Payment:

It is our understanding each guest will be responsible for his/her own rooms, taxes and incidentals unless otherwise instructed
