Merrill House is open weekdays for lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM during the academic year. Our lunch menu offers a wide range of healthy and succulent dishes from fresh salads, tasty sandwiches and absolutely wonderful entrees such as the Vegetable Stir Fry and Grilled Salmon with Chili Gaze. Did we forget that to mention that we also serve dessert? Faculty and Student dinners can be arranged for Wednesday and Thursday evenings. This program is run through the Dean Of the Faculty/Provost Office, and is very popular. Click here for the dinner menu. Meeting space for up to 25 is available.
