All incoming students receive a brochure "Information for Students with Disabilities" which outlines resources and services available to students with disabilities. It is the student's responsibility to come forward, and a self-identification form included with the brochure is intended to encourage students to report that that they have a disability, which may require some form of accommodation. The student must provide current documentation in support of requests for accommodation. It is also the responsibility of the student to speak directly and in a timely manner with instructors regarding need for accommodation.
