The Director reviews all requests for accommodations and requests and secures appropriate disability-related information from the student. All information is maintained in a confidential file and shared only when there is a compelling reason for disclosure regarding some specific aspect of the information. The Director may request additional information and this includes speaking directly with the evaluator(s) of record and with professionals who have worked with the student. The Director reserves the right to request that additional evaluation be conducted in order to determine the current functional limitations of the disability. The cost of the evaluation is the student's responsibility.
