What
is the "whY" Board?
The
"whY" Board is a committee of student leaders, administrators, and
faculty who meet weekly to oversee all actions, programs and persons of
the COVE. Our goals are: to engage a cross-section of administrative
and student leaders in discussion to gain a better understanding of the
meaning of community service; to find ways to make community service more
fulfilling and effective; to introduce the campus to service projects and
goals; to educate students about the need and meaning of community
service; to establish widespread volunteerism and social motivation among
Colgate students.
Please contact either Marnie or Melissa if you would like to participate on next year's
"whY" board.
