Injuries and Illnesses

If you have a job related injury or illness, please advise your supervisor/division head as soon as possible and also notify the Human Resources Department at x7565. Even if you consider the injury a minor one, it is best to report it so that the incident is on file for future reference. This also helps to identify areas that need attention in order to prevent future occurrences.
