Regulated Hazardous Wastes can be one of two types:

Listed waste. First see if your waste is on one of the lists.

Characteristic waste. If your waste was not listed, it still may be hazardous if it meets one or more of the following characteristics:

Ignitibility	Reactivity
Corrosivity	Toxicity
