Diversity in the workplace is a pressing initiative for many organizations, large and small, as they build the talent pools required to meet the needs of more global and multicultural work environments. The following links provide many resources for diversity candidates in career planning and summer learning experience, job, and graduate school searches. We encourage students to speak with a Career Services Advisor to see how these resources can be used to further your career decision-making and related searches, and to consult on any specific issues you may encounter in your efforts.
