Colgate is happy to welcome groups to our campus. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we may need to consider alternative arrangements. We will contact you to confirm your visit request.

In order to maximize your experience on campus, please keep the following guidelines in mind when planning your visit:

o We happily welcome 9^th through 12^th grade students to campus.

o Visits to Colgate provide an interactive experience around our facilities; therefore, we require you to provide one adult for every ten students.

o Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 30 students at once.

o Visitor traffic in the Office of Admission can get very busy. We may not be able to accommodate all visit requests, especially those in March and April. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible, and no later than three weeks prior to the preferred date, so that we can try our best to accommodate you.

We understand your plans may change. Please notify us accordingly. Cancellations must be submitted at least three days in advance. If delayed, please contact the Office of Admission at 315-228-7401 as soon as possible so that your itinerary can be adjusted. Certain aspects of your visit may be cancelled if you arrive late.
