The Common Application is the only way to apply to Colgate University for first-year admission.  All students who inquire about Colgate will receive an application booklet just prior to senior year.  

Students may also obtain the Common Application from:

If you have decided to download Colgate's application on this site, you will need to print out the forms and fill them out as you would any paper-based application.  These forms can be downloaded, viewed, and printed on many computers with Adobe Acrobat Reader, however, they cannot be filled in on your computer, only printed. 

When you click on the application, a file will be copied to your computer. If you are asked, click the 'Save file' button and remember the directory you choose for the file. Then start Acrobat and open and print the downloaded file.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the Adobe icon to download the program prior to downloading the Colgate application.
